How it works
Forms often give photo sizes in centimetres. The tool turns them into pixels at the DPI you choose and writes that DPI into the file, so the size reads correctly everywhere.

The default is 3.5 × 4.5 cm at 200 DPI. Change the numbers, unit or DPI in Settings.

It is cropped to the right shape from the centre. Choose Fit and add a border to keep the whole picture.

The result shows its size in pixels and the DPI it carries.
How cm becomes pixels
Pixels = centimetres ÷ 2.54 × DPI. At 200 DPI, 3.5 × 4.5 cm becomes 276 × 354 pixels; at 300 DPI it becomes 413 × 531. If your form gives both a cm size and a pixel size, the pixel size is the one the portal checks.
Questions people ask
Which DPI should I use?
Use the DPI your form names. If it names none, 200 DPI suits most online forms and 300 DPI suits printing.
Will my photo be stretched?
No. By default it is cropped to the right shape. You can choose to fit it inside the size with a border instead.
Can I also set a KB limit?
Yes. Open Settings and choose Max size or Size range as well.
