How it works

20 KB is one of the tightest limits forms use, usually for signatures and small photos. The tool keeps the picture as clear as 20 KB allows and only reduces the dimensions when it has to.

  1. 01

    Select your images

Tap Select images, or drop files here. JPG, PNG, WebP and iPhone HEIC photos all work.

  2. 02

We fit them under 20 KB

Quality stays as high as the limit allows. If a photo is too big, its dimensions shrink just enough, and the new size is shown.

  3. 03

    Check and download

Each file shows its final size with a green tick. Download one by one or all at once as a ZIP.

What fits in 20 KB

A signature fits in 20 KB with room to spare. A full photo has to be small, typically a few hundred pixels wide, to stay sharp at that size. If your form gives exact dimensions, enter them in Settings so the tool works at that size instead of guessing.

Forms that use 20 KB

Bank exams such as IBPS and SBI, and SSC, ask for signatures between 10 and 20 KB in their 2026 notices. Limits change from year to year, so always confirm in your own notice.

Questions people ask

Is 20 KB counted as 20000 or 20480 bytes?

Forms disagree, so we keep files under 20,000 bytes. That passes whichever way a form counts a kilobyte.

Are my photos uploaded anywhere?

No. The resizing happens inside your browser, on your device. Our code never uploads your images, and the page works the same way offline once loaded.

What if the form also has a minimum size?

Open Settings, choose Size range and enter both limits, for example 10 to 20 KB. If an image ends up too small, the tool can pad it to the minimum without changing the picture.

Why is my photo blurry at 20 KB?

At 20 KB a large photo has to lose detail. Smaller dimensions keep it sharper: if your form allows, set a size such as 200 × 230 pixels in Settings.
